11. How do I participate in an eAuction?
- Register on the portal
- Select the desired auction
- Submit EMD payment via NEFT/RTGS
- Upload necessary documents
- Login on auction day to place bids live
12. What is EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)?
EMD is a refundable deposit that must be submitted to become eligible to bid. It’s returned if you don’t win the auction.
13. What payment modes are accepted?
- NEFT / RTGS
- UTR receipt upload required as proof
- Demand Draft (for some auctions)
14. Is EMD refundable?
Yes. If you’re unsuccessful in bidding, the EMD will be refunded as per auction terms.
15. How do I know if I’ve won?
At auction close, the system displays H1 (highest) bidder. Final confirmation is subject to approval from the seller/bank.
16. Can I bid on machinery or industrial assets?
Absolutely. Plant & Machinery listings include item specs, inspection dates, and downloadable auction notices.
17. Are vehicle auctions available too?
Yes. AuctionTiger regularly hosts live and upcoming vehicle auctions (2-wheelers, cars, commercial vehicles). Details include RC status, condition, and reserve price.
